A. General shipping information:
I. Shipping within Germany
From a goods value of €40.00, we offer free shipping within Germany via DHL Paket including a tracking number. In case of heavy or very large parcels, shipping might take place with DPD, GLS or Hermes.
For goods with a value of less than €40.00, our shipping costs depend on the weight and are displayed in the shopping cart:
Parcels up to 1kg: 4.95 euros
Parcels up to 3.5 kg: 5.99 euros
Parcels up to 9.99 kg: 7.99 euros
Parcels from 10 kg: 9.99 euros
Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.
The shipment tracking will be communicated to you within shipping confirmation E-mail. It may take approx. 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Please keep an eye on your shipment tracking regularly so that you can receive your order as quickly as possible.
The items will be ready for collection from us within 1 - 3 business days. The total delivery time within Germany is therefore usually between 2 and 5 business days.
In the event that you are not at home on the day of delivery, you will usually have a notification card from your courier in the mailbox. If you have not received a notification card, please check the tracking number. The branch is usually mentioned there. In addition to the notification card, you may need your ID or written authorization from the recipient to collect the item from branch.
II. Shipping outside of Germany
By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. The shipping costs for deliveries abroad differ from the domestic shipping costs.
Shipping is via DHL / Deutsche Post and the shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.
Delivery times differ from domestic orders. The items are ready to be picked up by the transport service within 1 - 3 days. The processing time of the transport service outside of Germany is an additional 3 - 7 working days.
Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price displayed.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Pay the invoice amount conveniently, quickly and easily via PayPal.
2. Payment in advance by bank transfer
Easily transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended use (order number). We will inform you of our bank details as part of the order processing via order confirmation email.
When paying in advance, please note that it can take 1-2 working days after you have made the bank transfer before we receive the payment and can ship your order.
3. PayPal Checkout
PayPal Checkout combines popular payment methods in one payment solution: including PayPal, direct debit, credit card and purchase on account.
Note: The minimum order value is 10.00€ (excluding shipping costs). From a value of 40.00€ we deliver free of charge within Germany.
